Terms of Service ​

Introduction ​

Welcome to FeatherBoard, a plugin developed by MVdW-Software. By purchasing and utilizing FeatherBoard, you agree to adhere to and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The products are the intellectual property of Maxim Van de Wynckel (Maximvdw) and the company MVdW-Software.

License ​

All rights reserved: The copyright owner retains all rights to the products. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin. Redistribution of the plugin in any form, including binaries or source code, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

Support ​

  • New plugins will receive support for a period of two years following their initial release. Support is prioritized based on the severity of bugs and critical issues. Configuration and general support are not included in the standard price.
  • Support is exclusively provided through the Spigot account that purchased the product. Community assistance is encouraged for configuration or general inquiries. Bugs can be reported via private messages or the product's description page.
  • When requesting support, provide comprehensive information, including debug dumps, configurations, and logs.
  • Support may be denied if you are using illegally obtained plugins, even if the plugin in question was purchased legitimately.

Decompilation ​

Decompiling any products is strictly prohibited. APIs are available and documented for interfacing purposes.

Configuration Services ​

You are permitted to offer services for creating configuration files and sell standalone configuration files. However, distribution of the plugin itself is strictly forbidden.

Refund Policy ​

Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Users who win a chargeback will be prohibited from using any of our plugins in the future.

Usage on Multiple Networks/Servers ​

Each product is licensed for use on a specified number of servers and may only be used on one network. For use on multiple networks, a new copy must be purchased on a "business account" on Spigot or contact Maximvdw via private message. Unauthorized use on multiple networks will result in suspension.

Updates ​

You will receive future updates at no additional cost. Future third-party extensions may be sold separately but will not remove existing features. Note that future updates are not guaranteed indefinitely.

Compatibility ​

Supported Minecraft versions are specified in the product description. The author reserves the right to discontinue support for certain Minecraft versions in future updates. Plugins may become incompatible with new Minecraft versions, which is beyond the author's control.

Price Changes ​

Product prices may change for new buyers due to sales or feature updates. Refunds will not be issued to anyone who purchases plugins before or after a sale ends.

Modification ​

Modification of the product in any form is prohibited, including for private use. Commands such as the plugin about act as a license validation and may not be altered.

End of Life ​

Products may reach an end of life (EOL). Efforts will be made to announce this 5-6 months in advance.
